Our Story

At Fetz Family microFarm, everything started with a simple idea — grow something meaningful and give back to the community we love.

As an urban microfarm, we believe healthy food should be fresh, clean, and grown with intention. What began as a passion project quickly grew into a mission centered around wellness, sustainability, and supporting our local community through naturally grown microgreens and handcrafted products.

Every tray of microgreens we grow is cultivated using organic soil and completely fertilizer-free growing methods. We intentionally avoid unwanted chemicals and synthetic additives because we believe nature already provides everything needed to grow nutrient-rich greens the right way.

Freshness matters to us. That's why we carefully harvest our microgreens every Thursday and Friday, ensuring they are at peak freshness and ready for weekend markets, community events, and families looking for healthy, locally grown food.
